The Prosecutor's Office demands confiscation of 6 real estates, 1 billion 723 million drams from Levon Yolyan, the former chairman of the Audit Chamber.


On December 2, the anti-corruption court accepted another lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor's Office regarding confiscation of property of illegal origin.

The Public Relations Service of the Prosecutor's Office informs that the Department of the General Prosecutor's Office for the confiscation of property of illegal origin submitted a request to the court:

To confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from the former Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia, the former Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia, the former Chairman of the Audit Chamber of the Republic of Armenia Levon Yolyan and his related persons:

1 real estate in Yerevan city,

1 real estate in Tsaghkadzor city,

3 real estates in the village of Artavaz,

1 real estate in the city of Artashat and 1 vehicle, the market value of which is more than 628 million drams.

The market values ​​of two properties in the city of Yerevan, the sum of which is more than 53 million drams.

Participations in 3 legal entities.

The right to request a loan equivalent to more than 69 million drams and a deposit equivalent to around 32 million drams.

1 billion 569 million drams as the sum of the balance of illegal income and funds transferred to bona fide third parties, not supported by legal income.
