A public criminal prosecution has been initiated against two of the villagers arrested from the area of the "Gum" market in Yerevan, Kima Avdalyan, spokesperson of the Armenian Investigative Committee, told "Sputnik Armenia".
"Administrative control was applied, not leaving the country was chosen as a preventive measure," he elaborated.
The criminal case was initiated under Article 297, Part 2 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons) and Article 452, Part 2 (interfering with the legal service or political activity of an official) of the RA Criminal Code.
