New details about the Artsakh nurse arrested in "Zvartnots".

Lawyer Roman Yeritsyan issued a clarification regarding the arrest of a woman from Artsakh, noting that she was arrested today at the Zvartnots airport due to her participation in the gatherings organized in front of the RA government building in September 2023. is Zarine Aghababyan, who arrived in Yerevan from Moscow.

"Now I clarify that on the basis of the above-mentioned facts, criminal proceedings have been initiated in the main department of investigation of particularly important cases of the RA Investigative Committee under Article 327 of the RA Criminal Code (mass riots). In the framework of the mentioned proceedings, Z. Aghababyan was accused of committing hooliganism in the group, which the latter did not accept rationally," the lawyer wrote.

According to him, the petition to detain Zarine was rejected by the court on the basis of lack of grounds, and now the restraining measure of banning absence has been chosen against her.

Since October 2023, Zarine has been living and working in Russia with her family, including minor children. Today, the latter arrived in Armenia to attend the funeral of his grandfather.

Due to the charges and the restraining order, at least until the case reaches the court, the latter will have to remain in the Republic of Armenia.
