Nikol Pashinyan had a farewell meeting

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Italian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Alfonso Di Rizzo, who is completing his diplomatic mission in our country.

The Prime Minister noted that a positive dynamic of cooperation was formed between Armenia and Italy during the ambassador's activity and expressed hope that it will not only be maintained, but also continue to develop and strengthen. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the expansion of bilateral ties, including political, economic, in the fields of culture.

Alfonso Di Rizzo thanked the Prime Minister for close cooperation and noted that economic ties have developed in recent years, particularly in the field of textiles. The ambassador also emphasized the implementation of joint programs in the field of culture and added that the organization of a new exhibition is currently underway.

During the meeting, reference was made to the latest developments of the discussions on the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty, as well as to the work towards the border demarcation process.
