The fight against corruption is the strategic priority of the Armenian government, one of the most important components of which is raising awareness.
"Armenpress" reporter, RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan emphasized this during the one-month national campaign "Let's unite forces to prevent corruption" and the "Challenges of fighting corruption and ways to overcome them" conference organized within its framework, which was organized on the occasion of the International Corruption Prevention Day.
"The government has repeatedly and at the highest level emphasized that the fight against corruption is our strategic priority.
We are committed to the provision set out in the government's program, according to which the government is determined to wage an uncompromising fight against corruption with the involvement of all interested parties, ultimately eradicating all manifestations of corruption.
Since 2018, the RA government has made consistent efforts to create and develop an anti-corruption institutional system.
We realize that an effective fight against corruption can only be carried out in a systematic and orderly way.
Our citizens should realize that corruption hinders the implementation of key reforms, which in turn indirectly affects their quality of life," said the Deputy Prime Minister.
