"Hovik Aghazaryan was removed from the "Civil Contract" party due to leaks of confidential information of state and party significance, as well as gross violations of public moral norms." This is a message from the "Civil Contract" party, which shows all the ignorance and shame that exists within the gang that bears that name. "Confidential" information is secret information in Armenian.
Hovik Aghazaryan is not a holder of state secrets, and if he possessed a state secret and published it, it is a criminal offense, which in his case has not only not been proven, but has not even been charged. The concept of "party secret" does not exist, unlike, for example, the concepts of "state secret", "commercial secret", "banking secret", "personal secret". One of the principles of party activity is not secrecy, but the opposite - publicity. As for "gross violations of public moral norms", in the case of a deputy of the National Assembly, it implies the creation of a relevant ethics committee and its conclusion, which was not made.
Hovik Aghazaryan's only "crime" is to refuse to fulfill the request of the deputy of the National Assembly to renounce his powers at the request of the Prime Minister, which, despite personal interests in his case, he simply preserved the Constitutional order.
With this, Nikol Pashinyan is trying to strengthen his criminal team, but he understands that he lost the support of the public a long time ago. His gang is a maximum of 200 people, and the public is more than 2,000,000. It is easy to imagine what awaits those 200 "cohesive" secretive group when they go out to fight against 2,000,000. In that matter, only Ararat Mirzoyan can be their best advisor within the team.
