According to the publication, the Baltic states - Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania - have regularly updated public information with similar advice over the past decade. This year, Denmark and Norway updated their emergency preparedness recommendations.
"The information being shared in Denmark is not directly related to the war, but concerns other possible crises, including extreme weather conditions and cyber attacks. The councils are preparing citizens to survive three days without electricity, including preparing a supply of water and canned food," - the article says.
