US President's Special Representative Steve Wheckoff said that US President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky will discuss the "issue of territories in the Ukrainian conflict." He quoted his words to RIA Novosti.

According to him, Trump has reached an agreement on Ukraine's security guarantees during talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but now it all depends on Kiev.

Before that, the Washington Post (WP), citing the source, wrote that Zellensky had refused Russia's conditions, the Ukrainian army withdraw from the whole territory of Donbas.
