The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia monitors the development of events through the bodies of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Armenia in Syria.
"Armenpress"in a conversation with RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Ani Badalyan stated this, reconfirming the earlier statement that there are no RA citizens among the victims of the events unfolding in Syria.
"The RA Foreign Ministry is monitoring the development of events through the bodies of the RA diplomatic service in Syria. As we informed, at this moment we can report that there are no Armenian citizens among the victims. The RA Embassy in Damascus continues its activities in an emergency mode," said Ani Badalyan.
According to the latter, the RA Consul General in Aleppo continues his work from Damascus. "Depending on the further developments of the situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will make appropriate decisions," concluded the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
