On November 29, RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan received Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Armenia Sergey Kopirkin. During the meeting, the Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary introduced to the RA Defense Minister the newly appointed defense attaché of the Russian Embassy in Armenia, Colonel Alexander Goryanov.
