India has indicated its desire to resolve the Ukrainian conflict through dialogue

Indian officials are in constant contact with Russia and Ukraine to find ways to resolve the Ukrainian conflict through dialogue. According to TASS, Indian Foreign Minister Subramanyam Jaishankar said this during the "Mediterranean Dialogues" international conference in Rome.

"The conflict in Ukraine is an urgent demand, which continues for the third year on the battlefield," he said.

According to Jaishankar, "there is a need to return to dialogue and diplomacy, the sooner the better."

"That's a widely held view in the world today," he said.
The Foreign Minister of India reminded that since June, the Prime Minister of the South Asian Republic, Narendra Modi "has been personally communicating with the leaders of Russia and Ukraine for this purpose".
