If he is elected president, he intends to appoint the famous Spanish specialist Pep Guardiola as the head coach of the Brazilian national team.

The 53-year-old specialist, who in 2016 he has been leading the English "Manchester City" since July and until 2026. He has a contract with the club valid until June 30, but he has not yet made a final decision regarding his future. Guardiola is aware of Ronaldo's plans, but he did not give him a clear answer.

The Brazilian Football Federation has already contacted Guardiola several times. He hinted that he wants to work in the team and he likes the option of leading it.

The Brazilian national team is now coached by Dorival Junior.
