This was announced by Nikol Pashinyan in his concluding speech today, in the National Assembly, within the discussions of the 2025 state budget of the Republic of Armenia.
"The army should be treated with respect, reverence, care, but the army should not be an object of sanctification, because that sanctification blinds us, and we do not see our problem and our work and the decline of the army, the decline that we have had for many years.
