Yesterday it became known that Armen Hayrapetyan, the head of the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority, has resigned.
The fact that the latter is going to be relieved of his post was reported by "Fact" back in April.
According to our information, at that time, as they say, at the last moment, Hayrapetyan was urged to wait.
And now, half a year later, the time has actually come. At one time, we also informed that Armen Daniel Yan, the deputy head of the coordination office of the inspection bodies of the prime minister's office, will be appointed to that position, who is considered by the government to be the "cadre" of the head of the prime minister's office Araik Harutyunyan.
Yesterday, our government sources confirmed the information that he will be appointed.
By the way, as we have had occasion to mention, the latter had a desire to become the head of the SATM back in 2022, when he actively worked against the head of the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority, Georgi Avetisyan, but Nikol Pashinyan did not approve his candidacy.
