The Football Federation of Armenia continues negotiations with the candidates for the head coach of the national team.
"There is a rather wide list of coaches with whom FFA has conducted and is conducting negotiations.
At this moment, we do not consider it appropriate to mention names in order not to interfere with the process," said Hayk Karapetyan, press secretary of the Football Federation of Armenia, in a conversation with "Armenpress".
On October 13, the Football Federation of Armenia fired the head coach of the Armenian national football team, Alexander Petrakov, who had been in that position since January 2023.
Armen Nikoghosyan, vice president of the Football Federation of Armenia, stated in an interview with Fast Sport that they are considering various candidates for the position of head coach of the Armenian national football team, including Raul, the former striker of "Real" and the Spanish national team, who is currently coaching "Real" youth team.
