Iran has stated that the United States continues to use the territory and airspace of Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia to plan, prepare and carry out illegal military attacks against the Islamic Republic.
This was stated in the letters of the Permanent Representative of Iran to the United Nations, Amir Said Iravani, to the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, and the Security Council.
"Based on ongoing monitoring and assessments conducted by the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it has been determined that the aggressor, particularly the United States, has continued to use the territory and airspace of the Kingdom of Bahrain to plan, prepare, arm and conduct illegal military attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran," one of the letters said.
Similar allegations were made in four other letters to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE.
