"With filial humility, we congratulate the 25th anniversary of the consecration and enthronement of the Patriarch of All Armenians. During the years of his reign, His Holiness has been able to face the challenges of the time with patriarchal guidance and an unbreakable curve, with the appreciation of the past, the nation-building works of the present and the vision of a bright future. Indeed, the Armenian Church experienced a period of spiritual rebirth and awakening, prosperity and reforms, thanks to the efforts invested by the Patriarch of All Armenians, consistent work and ecclesiastical and pro-national activities. We wish that the Almighty Lord will always keep the Holy Father firmly in divine benevolent graces and give him good health to shepherd all the believing flock of Armenians for many years, for the glory of Christ, for the welfare of our Holy Church and for the peace of our Armenian world."
