A decrease in morbidity caused by acute respiratory infections was recorded in RA


During the 6th week of 2026, low activity of morbidity due to acute respiratory infections was recorded in RA. This is reported by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Compared to the same period last year, it is 2.2 times lower.

Almost 77.1% of the total cases are among 0-18 year olds, the highest rate continues to be recorded among 0-4 year olds.

In the republic, the pathogens of influenza A type H3 subtype and influenza A type H1pbm09 subtype continue to circulate, and from other respiratory infections, the pathogens of rhinovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, metapneumovirus, parainfluenza, adenovirus continue to circulate in the republic.
