"We had very good negotiations on the issue of Iran. It seems that Iran is very eager to make a deal. We have to see what kind of deal it will be," said the head of the Washington administration while answering journalists' questions on his plane on his way to Florida, where he is expected to spend the weekend.
"Last time they decided not to do it. However, this time it is possible that they are in a different mood," he added.
"We have enough time. If you remember the example of Venezuela, we waited for some time. And in the case of Iran, we are not in a hurry either," Trump emphasized.
"We have a large fleet moving in that direction. It will be there soon," he said, referring to the movement of US forces closer to Iran's borders.
