According to the preliminary investigation conducted in the criminal proceedings examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, it was proved that H. K., occupying the position of head of one of the divisions of the Shirak Marzpet's staff, using his official powers and the influence caused by them, in return for a bribe, contributed to N. in one of the schools of Shirak Marz. Kh. and A. Nomination and appointment of M. to relevant positions.

"Particularly, the preliminary examination proved that H. K., having learned from N. About Kh.'s desire to be nominated for the position of coordinator of the administrative and economic part of the above-mentioned school, he demanded and received a bribe of 4000 US dollars, in exchange for which, using his official powers and the influence caused by them, he facilitated N. to the appointment of Kh. K., teacher of the same school A. N. for promoting M.'s nomination to the position of acting director and his appointment to the said position. A. through Kh. demanded a bribe of 1,500 US dollars from M., of which he received 1,000 US dollars, and the latter promised to transfer the remaining 500 US dollars after his appointment.
The official of the Shirak regional administration, H. K. was charged under Article 435, Part 2, Clause 2 (section 2) of the RA Criminal Code, N. V., with Article 436, Part 1 and Article 437, Part 2, Clause 1, and A. M., according to part 1 of Article 436.
H. Arrest was applied to K. as a preventive measure.
