The expected signing of the so-called "Prosperity Plan" between Vladimir Zelensky and US President Donald Trump at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Ukraine's post-war reconstruction agreement, has been canceled, Axios reports, citing a Ukrainian official.
A source close to the US government denied that a specific date was set for the signing of the document. The source noted that the program still needs additional development.
Earlier, the British newspaper The Telegraph, citing sources, reported that the authorities of the United States and Ukraine could sign a bilateral agreement worth 800 billion dollars on post-war reconstruction and security guarantees.
