"In both world and Armenian history, the heroic battles of liberation and self-defense have not always been crowned with victory. But that did not make them worthless. Not at all.
Every freedom fight is given not only with the aim of winning the final victory at that moment, but also with the intention of keeping the spirit of freedom and struggle alive in one's own ranks, not to bow, not to kneel, and in the future to definitely put the barbaric enemy in its place with new and crushing blows. IT IS DEFEAT OFTEN THAT GETS BIRTH TO VICTORY.
That is why it is required, first of all, to never forget the struggle for national rights, independence, independence and dignity, the bravely fallen heroes and the righteous blood they shed. Secondly, it is necessary to responsibly examine the objective and subjective reasons for the defeat, big and small mistakes made. Thirdly, it is necessary to draw objective lessons and draw practical conclusions from the detailed analysis. All that, unfortunately, is not done properly today. However, the Armenian spirit and mind should always be ready for the next test and freedom struggle, because they are inevitable.
Whether the stillborn "peace treaty" is signed or not, the enemy will not allow Armenia to breathe easy. He will try to enslave us, destroy us, expel us or absorb us. It also follows from what has been said that at the helm of RA today there should be not persons infected with defeatist psychology to the core (Nikol, Alen, Sasun...), but figures who have the will and desire to build a safe country for Armenians, today's Andraniks, Nzhdehs, Leonids and Vazgens..."
