Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the NA "I have honor" faction, writes:
"The whole problem of constitutional changes in Azerbaijan-Armenia relations is that the current ruler wants to present it as his initiative, and Azerbaijan constantly reminds that it is done at his request.
In reality, both Pashinyan and Aliyev want the same thing, just to save face, Nikol tries to present the amendment of the Constitution as an internal demand of the country, which is clearly not the case. In Baku, they understand the role of false pacifism in the re-election of the Pashinyan government and try to sell the topic of constitutional amendments at a much higher price. in between, they "squeeze" whatever current demand they have.
It is a fact for the Armenian people that the Armenian government is giving up its interests and recent trump cards, which this government has nothing to do with earning, and Azerbaijan is expanding its influence and opportunities by degrading this ruler."
