"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"The General Prosecutor's Office submitted 3 civil lawsuits in 2 months to the Anti-Corruption Civil Court against the head of the extended community of Ved, Garik Sargsyan of the CP.
The last lawsuit was filed on October 22, with the request to declare the land auctions and lease tenders invalid and to apply the consequences of the invalidity. Before that, two civil lawsuits were filed at the end of August.
Both lawsuits, again with the demand to declare the auction invalid and to apply the consequences of invalidity.
The lawsuits are in the proceedings of judges Rudolph Avagyan, Narine Avagyan and Karapet Badalyan, the trial has not started yet.
In Armenia, as a rule, lawsuits filed by CP members are quickly examined, and lawsuits filed against them drag on for years.
