The point is that it is planned to start the discussion of the 2026 state budget from October 27, which should be "opened" by Nikol Pashinyan.
We were informed that from October 27, the high-ranking officials of the Government - ministers, heads of committees, commissions and a number of other officials will report to the National Assembly about the revenues and expenses provided for by the draft law "On the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2026". Apart from Nikol Pashinyan, the heads of various departments are scheduled to visit the Parliament until November 11, where the members of the Government must present their annual expenses.
By the way, let's note that the plenary sessions of the National Assembly will start from October 21, which will also be heated by their nature, taking into account the tense atmosphere and daily arrests in the country."
