The number of police officers offended during the riots in Manila in the Philippines, the number of police officers reached 95, ABS-CBN News reported.
According to the police, some protesters threw bottles and stones at the police on Sunday's protest. Manila Mayor Francisco Moreno said that 89 of the 216 participants were arrested were minors, the youngest of which was 12 years old.
The protest rally called "Trillion Peso march" was initiated by community activists after the revelations of theft from the Foundation for the Earth's Floods. According to the city authorities, about 49,000 people took part in the rally in Luneta National Park.
