Scientists have found out how to force muscles to restore the liver

Physical activity helps the liver to remove excess amino acids and reduces inflammation by reducing the risk of removing metabolic stesatoepatitis (ICA). This conclusion was scientists from Northwestern China. The results were published in the magazine "Clinical and Translation Hepthology" (JCTH).

In the case of IAS, the liver is accumulated in the liver, and the metabolism dysfunction is developing. This pathology can lead to cirrhosis and cancer. The benefits of IAEA trainings have been scientifically proven, but the mechanism of positive impact remains incomprehensible. Chinese scientists have studied this process and find out the amino acids (BCAA) and the glutamine, which is formed during the muscles, play a key role.

During the experiment on mice on MTA, a group of mice was highly fatty diet. Some of the animals had to run into the wheel. Some time later, all the rodents were evaluated at the work of proteins responsible for amino acid metabolism. It turned out that even short trains reduced inflammation and fat sediments in the liver, although the weight of mice has not changed. When the muscles were actively working, they developed the BCAA faster, and the liver was getting more glutam, which protected cells from oxidative stress.

When the flow of BCAA to the muscles was blocked, the protective influence of training disappeared. In case of accelerated processing of these amino acids, the condition of the liver was improved even without exercise. According to scientists, Glutamin from the muscular reduced fat accumulation in the liver cells and helped maintain the balance of oxidation processes.

BCAAs are three essential amino acids, Leji, Isollay and Vali. They are important for muscle growth, but when they are excess, accumulate in the liver and strengthen inflammation. Glutamine, on the contrary, acts as a natural anti-inflammatory means.

The authors believe that their results can help create medications that imitate the benefits of exercise for the liver. This will allow patients to restrict mobility. In addition, the level of BCAA and glutamine can become a therapy efficiency markers.
