The incident took place in the toilet of one of the famous restaurants in Lyon. The person accused of Faz's murder left Armenia immediately after the incident and now, in fact, lives quietly in France.
The Investigative Committee informed "Ishkhanutyun" news agency that one person is under investigation as part of the criminal proceedings, the preliminary investigation is ongoing, and at the moment they cannot reveal any other details.
In fact, this is another case when the relatives of the victim are trying to take revenge against the background of the inactivity of the law enforcement system of Armenia.
France, being in friendly relations with Armenia, was at least obliged to ensure the discovery and arrest of the wanted person, while he, in fact, continues to roam freely in the "law-abiding" country of France.
This is another manifestation of impunity, when in the absence of justice, the relatives of the victims are incited to take revenge.
Let us remind that Rustam Stepanyan, who is known by the nickname "Fat Rustam", and Ashot Kyureghyan, who are related to the current authorities in various circles, have the status of accused in the case of Faz's murder.
