Apple has been sued to steal Apple Pay technology

Fintiv in Texas has filed a new lawsuit against Apple, accusing the technological giant Apple Pay, MacRumors reports when creating a technological giant Apple Pay.

According to the plaintiff, Apple used Corfire technology, which was acquired by Fintiv in 2014 to introduce the main functions of its payment service. Texaczers claim that before the launch of Apple Pay, an iPhone manufacturer had a series of meetings with Corfire and signed a privacy agreement, which was tempted by several employees of the company and integrate the received processes on its own platform.

Fintiv requires compensation, as well as fines for violating the laws on defense and extortion of commercial secrets, including related to Apple's commission paid policy.

The legal confrontation between companies continues since 2018, when Fintiv has filed a lawsuit for the first time for a violation of the license. At first, the court rejected the application, but the case was later returned to appeal.
