Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has instructed Russia's negotiation process to activate the new secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem.
"Today, with Rustem Ums, we discussed the work of the Staff of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, as well as personal problems in defense and negotiation. We need to activate the negotiation path.
"The implementation of the agreements on the second meeting in Istanbul is now underway. This process requires greater dynamics, "Zelensky said in his Telegram channel.
The official spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated that the Russian delegation is ready to arrive in Istanbul to hold a third round of talks with the Ukrainian side, noting that it is not aware of the readiness of the new stage of Ukraine.
