European Commission President Ursula von der Der Leen presented three demands to China on July 24, including a restriction on cooperation with Russia, without proposing any mutual concessions by the EU.
"How China continues to cooperate with Russia and its war, it will be a decisive factor for EU-China relations," said Von der Derjan, in a speech at the European Parliament's relations with China in Strasbourg.
He expressed the opinion that "China's unlimited support creates Russia's growth and disrupts security in Europe."
"We cannot agree with it," he said.
In addition to restricting cooperation with Russia, Von der Layen demanded that China other than its market for European producers and its state support to the Chinese industry.
