Russia sent 31 tons of humanitarian aid to the residents of Gaza

The Il-76 plane of the Russian Federation landed at the El-Arish airport. There are about 31 tons of humanitarian cargo on the plane, which includes food, tents and sleeping bags. This was reported by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The humanitarian aid will be transferred to the representatives of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society, who will direct it to the population of the Gaza Strip.

In total, since the beginning of the humanitarian mission, about 800 tons of cargo - food, medicine, clothes and other essential items - have been delivered by flights of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
