The timetable for voluntary certification of teachers for 2024 was approved

The schedule of voluntary certification of teachers for 2024 was approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Armenia.

According to KGSMSN, the certification of teachers of "Informatics" and "Geography" subjects will take place on November 9, the certification of teachers of "English" and "Russian Language" subjects will take place on November 10, "Mathematics", "Physical Education" ", certification of teachers of "Chess" subjects: on November 16, certification of teachers of "French", "German", "Armenian language" subjects: on November 17, "Physics", "Chemistry", "Biology", NDP, " Certification of teachers of the subjects "Technology", "Music", "Art" on November 23, certification of "History", "History of the Armenian Church", "Social Studies", as well as teachers on November 24.

From 2024, the voluntary certification of teachers will be conducted electronically for the first time.

Only the certification of teachers of "Yezdi", "Persian" and "Assyrian" subjects will be carried out on paper. It is scheduled for November 16.

The order also approved the list of knowledge verification centers.

At the same time, we inform that taught in grades 5-12:

Teachers teaching "Native Language", "Armenian Language", "Literature" and "Armenian Literature" subjects are certified only in "Armenian Language" subject.

Teachers teaching "Native language (Kurdish)" and "Native language and literature (Kurdish)" subjects are certified only in "Native language (Kurdish)" subject,

Teachers teaching "Armenian History" and "World History" are certified in the subject "History".

Teachers teaching the subjects "Geography" and "Geography of Armenia" are certified in the subject "Geography".

Teachers teaching the subjects "Informatics" and "Digital Literacy and Computer Science" are certified in the subject "Informatics",

Algebra and Geometry will be included in one test.

The teachers teaching in grades 1-4 are tested with a single test, which includes questions from the subjects "Native", "Mathematics" and "I and the surrounding world".

Teachers teaching the subjects "Natural Science", "My Homeland", "My Homeland and the World" choose the subject corresponding to their qualifications for certification.

A teacher teaching subjects with a school component guaranteed by the Ministry in an educational institution can be certified in any of the subjects included in the certification list of the given field, of his choice.
