Saroyan, did not agree with the statement of the diocese. The priest is convinced that the imprisonment of the three reverends is "eloquent proof" of their chosen path.
"Their being in prison already speaks about their attitude and truthfulness. No matter what they say in those persecutions, we must unconditionally support them", emphasizes Father Sebeos Ghalacyan.
According to him, if the leader does not obey his superior, the Patriarch, then obedience to him also loses its content. According to his wording, "obedience cannot be one-sided and selective".
The priest reminded the principle of church obedience, emphasizing that it cannot be optional.
