Orban explained that he does not allow Ukraine to negotiate with Russia from a position of strength

Ukraine does not have the opportunity to negotiate with Russia from the position of force, because the armed forces of Ukraine are suffering defeats on the battlefield. This was announced by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in an interview with Kossuth radio station.

"As a result of military operations, the situation has changed in favor of Russia, and therefore Ukraine cannot negotiate from a position of strength," he emphasized (quoted by TASS).

According to Orban, the West advises Kiev to negotiate in that way.

Until now, Orban had announced that the so-called "victory plan" of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky would lead to the country's defeat in the conflict with the Russian Federation.
