The "Fact" daily writes:
The issue of education in Armenia is mainly left to self-confidence, that is, mostly no attention is paid to the level of knowledge of students, students and what capabilities they develop in them.
It is clear that in this context, it is a priority to educate a patriotic citizen to make them contribute to the development of the state in the future.
It requires a long-term approach, because it is also connected with the shift of generations, while not only ignored, but also aimed at a secondary plan.
That is why the component of Armenology is constantly striking within the framework of the education system. And no quality, distorted and improper textbooks are issued within that framework.
Surprisingly, we are not able to present our historical heritage in the form of education.
The other question concerns the compliance of the labor market and vocational education. In some professions, the places of medium and higher education exceed the existing demand.
They are mostly some trending professions, but there is a problem with such specialists, as there is no need for it in the labor market. On the other hand, there are professions that are very large, but the educational system is preparing very few professionals.
Moreover, those who do not have higher education should not appear in places where higher education and special knowledge are required.
This issue is also serious in the system of public administration. First of all, there are people who have high positions, which have a very important areas, but have never been in touch with the sphere during their work. On the other hand, there have been people in the highest management system since 2018, which are generally far from the public administration system, and their advantage is only to be authorized in the struggle for a change of government or later to Pashinyan.
Instead, people specializing in certain directions are seriously difficult to find jobs. On the other hand, it is fully incomprehensible about the principle of personnel policy. The footage is constantly changing, but it is not clear what principles it happens. For example, it seems that a specialized approach to that sphere has a specialized approach, but for incomprehensible reasons, he is replaced and appointed another staff.
It was time for the authorities to be created by a personnel bank, but not the personnel of the personnel, education and professional qualities. There are institutions that some people have made their "home", making the employment agency of acquaintances and friends.
Professional trust in justice is not restored. And in general, the approach of the authorities was from the beginning of education and employment.
For example, a few years ago, Pashinyan stated that the language needs knowledge to grow strawberries. Of course, it is funny, but unfortunately, it is very important for training, as technologies are developing rapidly, and over time there is a constant need to gain new skills and knowledge.
But there is no attention on this, after all this, Pashinyan is upset that they are criticizing their personnel policy. They are doing the right thing to criticize.
On the other hand, with a statement on shortage in the personnel, he tries to justify his defense, including the disgraceful personnel policy.
Next: The Prime Minister's position says that specialists receive very high salaries in a private or other sector and they do not want to come, "400-500 thousand drams, with each penny, take home the curse home, bonus, bonus."
Of course, it is no one against that there are high salaries in the state system, and it should not be on the highest officials, but instead it is necessary for the public to be provided to the public. First of all, it is necessary to achieve that state work, except for salaries, should be honorable, the public will assess its significance, and the position should not serve only its own interests.
Another question is that Pashinyan has brought many teammates from the street to high positions, and they receive a huge wage to come up with almost nothing or to have a semi-literate to come to the backgrounds.
