"Nikol Pashinyan agreed to the next demand of Azerbaijan, to change the RA Constitution, in particular, to abandon the link to the Declaration of Independence.
This is evidenced by the recording of the first point of the Washington agreement that after the initialing of the peace agreement "We adopted the need to continue the agreement on achieving the final ratification and emphasized the importance of maintaining and strengthening peace between our two countries."
After this agreement, official Baku revealed that Pashinyan had a homework that he should change the constitution only after which they will sign the final version of the agreement. It should be noted that after a long break, the Constitutional Reform Council convened a session ahead weeks ago.
According to our information, this council will hold active sessions in the near future that the new Constitution is tried to present it as a demand for the Republic of Armenia. "
