Wildberries founder and CEO Tatiana Kim (formerly Bakalchuk) accused her ex-husband Vladislav Bakalchuk and his team of destabilizing the business and stealing 37 billion rubles. The corresponding video message was published on his Telegram channel.
According to the businesswoman, the "unintelligible events" surrounding her company create tension among colleagues and clients. Kim expressed the opinion that her ex-husband "lost the adequacy of perception".
He stated that Wildberries employees face endless threats and the company itself has been hacked and its warehouses under construction have been attacked.
Kim claims that it was Vladislav Bakalchuk's actions that caused the strikes in 2023 and that his team jeopardized business, froze construction projects and allegedly stole 37 billion rubles from Wildberries.
Moreover, Tatiana repeated that she did not need to be saved, and the decision to merge with Russ was the right one. He reminded that all issues should be resolved within the framework of Russian legislation.
