Since August 1, 2025, Azerbaijani natural gas will be supplied to Syria with South Kilis, Turkey.
According to Oxu.Az, in the initial stage 1.2 billion cubic meters of Azerbaijani gas will be used for electricity for electricity in Aleppo and Homs of Syria.
The report also states that Azerbaijan's project will help revive the destroyed electric infrastructure of Syria and at the same time, once again, approve the status of Turkey's energy loop.
