The European Union's Council has approved a regular share of macrophinanced and 3.5 billion euros, which earlier the European Commission promised, the statement issued by the EU Council.
It is noted that this amount is part of the non-refundable grants and loans and will become the third share approved by the EU. After paying this share, the amount provided from the EU Foundation to Ukraine will be 20 billion euros.
According to the announcement, in order to obtain the third share, Ki has satisfied all the necessary conditions, which have been nominated within the framework of the Ukrainian plan. These include reforming the use of renewable energy, increasing the sovereignty of the energy regulatory body, simplifying the border procedures, according to EU standards, the adoption of a strategy for agriculture, etc.
