At today's March 13 sitting, the government decided to clarify the conditions for the implementation of the artificial abortion.
According to the term of pregnancy, the interruption of up to 8 weeks may be made under the outpatient conditions, and to establish a written application for abortion in terms of social instructions.
In addition, the word "juvenile" is replaced by the words "under 16", thus providing the written agreement of the legal representative only for the patient under the age of 16.
The sale of adolescent girls over the age of 16, as well as the lack of an independent of the parents or other legal representative of the age of 16, is fixed to ensure the involvement of the contact person authorized by the latter, at the same time taking into account the child's opinion.
The strength of the consent of the medical intervention has been revoked, which will allow to avoid unnecessary repetitions.
The first sub-diagnosis of "non-aggravated pregnancy" was added to the first subparis of medical instructions, which is equivalent to the diagnosis of the "dead fruit" of the same sub-paragraph, but in case of not mentioning the same subparis.
