Valeria ends her career: “We need to end it”

Producer Joseph Prigozhin stated that the new album of singer Valeria will be the last in her career. The words of the artist’s husband are reported by Channel Five.

The longplay will be released on April 17, 2025. According to Prigozhin, now it has become difficult for Valeria to work with co-authors and on new albums.

“Everything has its beginning and its end. I think that at some point the time has come when we need to end this story in this form,” the producer noted.

Prigozhin admitted that his wife was thinking about ending her career during the COVID-19 pandemic, but then Max Fadeev made her an interesting proposal.

Singer Valeria (born Alla Yuryevna Perfilova) began her career in 1985. The artist sang in the ensemble of the Atkarsk House of Culture under the leadership of her uncle, Vladimir Zotov. Then she moved to Moscow, where she met producer and future husband Alexander Shulgin and took the pseudonym “Valeria”.

She had released about seven albums and two singles by 2002, and in 2003 she signed a contract with Joseph Prigogine. At the same time, her long play “Country of Love” was released, which included the hit “Clock”. In total, the artist has 18 studio albums.
