Scientists have noted an effective way to get rid of excess weight after 45 years


Scientists from the Pukuniong National University found out that the water aerobic helps to reduce the waist and the number of excess kilograms. However, such teaching best fits people aged 45 years old and older. The results of the study were published at the BMJ Open.

 

Scientists have analyzed 10 previously published studies, which have compared the results of water aerobics with other types of exercises. The study involved 20 to 70-year-old volunteers who had excess weight or obese (BMI at least 30).

 

Types of water exercises included aerobics, zumba, yoga and water runs.
