The EU Foreign Ministers will discuss the issue of providing more than 20 billion eurbeans in Brussels on Monday, this was reported by The New York Times, citing two familiar officials.
According to them, European leaders also consider the prospect of sending troops to Ukraine as a "peacekeeping force", as well as the increase in military spending in general.
Earlier, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Siyarto said that Budapest was against the proposal to allocate 20 billion euros.
At the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the 27 EU countries in Brussels on Monday, Ukraine's military assistance in Er-Riyadh was the negotiations between the United States and Russia, as well as the situation in Syria.
As the EU representative told reporters yesterday, the Foreign Ministers intend to establish the 16th package of individual and economic sanctions against the Russian Federation.
