In response to the observation that the former mayor of Yerevan, Hayk Marutyan, stated that the price increase decision is an ugly decision, against which they will hold a rally tomorrow, Avinyan said. "Former mayor Hayk Marutyan said that the price of transport should increase. His statements today are not exaggeration, they are manipulation."
