The transport cards will be activated within a certain period of time after the ticket package is charged, Yerevan Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan said during the meeting.
He noted that the transport card will be activated in 3 hours after charging.
According to Grigoryan, that time is related to software updates, acquiring cards for all validators, attaching the ticket package, and transmitting information.
Starting tomorrow, it will be possible to purchase transport cards at Yerevan metro stations from self-service terminals, which are attached to the cash desks, with a ticket inscription.
In addition to tickets with QR codes, they also provide transport cards.
