A tragic incident in "Artik" penitentiary

On January 10, around 02:15, a detained person was found in the cell of the "Artik" penitentiary institution of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, 1997. born A.H. in a state of dependence. "The attendants immediately called an ambulance. The biological death of the detained person A.H. was recorded by the ambulance doctor who arrived around 02:25.

This is announced by the penal service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
