Igor Sergunin, Vadim Kobzev and Alexey Liptser are charged under part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (participation in an extremist community), which is punishable by two to six years in prison. They were arrested in October 2023. The prosecutor asked for a sentence of 5.5 years to 5 years and 11 months.
