The inspectors of the Shirak Marz Center of the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority found out during the inspection of the dairy factory owned by individual entrepreneur Shahen Kitoyan (Shirak Marz, Artik) that it is operating in violation of sanitary and hygienic norms defined by legal acts.
In particular, the structure and layout of the production buildings did not exclude the crossflow of contaminated and clean property, there were no sinks with hot and cold water for washing hands, some parts of the walls were covered with mold, the equipment in direct contact with food was not in good condition. accessories and containers were not made of materials meeting hygiene requirements, opening windows were not provided with insect protection nets.
The production activity of the dairy factory was suspended, and a deadline was set for eliminating the detected violations.
