By the decision of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Artur Nahapetyan was appointed the deputy chairman of the RA Investigative Committee today. Until now, he held the position of a judge of the Appellate Anti-Corruption Court.
Artur Nahapetyan was born on September 7, 1990, in the city of Gyumri. studied at "Franz Werfel No. 40" secondary school in Gyumri.
2007-2011 studied at the Law Faculty of the RA Police Academy with a bachelor's degree.
2013-2015 He studied at the Faculty of Law of the RA Police Academy with a master's degree. He has a lot of work experience.
12.08.2011-21.06.2013 worked as an investigator in the investigative department of the Shirak Marz of the Main Investigative Department of the RA Police. 21.06.2013-01.02.2014 worked as an investigator in the investigative department of the Investigative Department of the Main Investigative Department of the RA Police, Shirak Marz, in the Kumayri investigative department of Gyumri city.
01.02.2014-08.10.2014 worked as a senior investigator in the Kumayri investigative department of Gyumri city, Shirak marz investigative department of the main investigative department of the RA police.

10.06.2020-01.10.2020 was in the investigative department of the National Security Service of RA as the head of the department "investigating special investigative officers in connection with their official position in complicity or in cases related to their crimes, as well as in cases of corruption, organized and official crimes".
01.10.2020-17.03.2023 held the position of Deputy Head of the Investigation Department of the National Security Service.
17.03.2023-15.06.2023 by the decree of the president, he was appointed to the position of a separate judge in the appellate criminal court reviewing judicial acts subject to appeal in cases of corruption crimes.
15.06.2023 until now held the position of judge of the Appellate Anti-corruption Court.
He has the rank of major of justice and lieutenant colonel of the reserve army.
